baby bump!

This tummy picture was taking between 16 and 17 weeks gestation.  Also posting our sonogram picture.  No peaking!  Still not finding out the sex!  Current Cravings:  Milk (now with chocolate), macaroni and cheese.  Still very very tired and napping all of the time!  I can't imagine doing this with a child already!  hehe.  Michael and I are making changes in our work schedules to make sure we don't need "night" childcare.  Looks like I'm staying on night shift and he is going to days!  Feeling really good about that decision! 

In a few weeks we will welcome our Nephew, Decker (Dustin and Audra's little boy) Due September 22nd!  Can't wait for that! :)  And our Nephew, Tristan (Chris' little boy) started his last year of preschool yesterday and will be 5 on September 25th!  Time sure does fly!

We are looking forward to the cooler weather in the next few months and can't wait to watch our baby grow!

Hello there Baby Cox!

Here is our 16 week ultrasound!  Such a miracle to see our baby for the first time!

One year post-jumping plane- Michael has another itch!

Remember last year on this day?  The skydiving adventure?  Today, Michael's cousin, Teal, visits from Arizona with his plane.  After working on the fuel pump the day before, he takes Michael up for a ride and they fly over our house.  Paupi, the Barretts, Mom and dad, and of course his nervous wife watched as they soared over and even did a "barrell roll"  Of course now Michael wants to take flying lessons.

12 weeks!

Current cravings:  2% milk morning, day, night, and middle of the night!  and lemonade... with a side of lemons!  I have the nose of a blood hound which is quite annoying to most people (especially me) and Michael is pretty much the most patient husband for putting up with my amazing mood swings!  watch out!  hehe.
We heard a heartbeat Friday!  It took awhile to find but that little stinker was hiding behind my aorta.  Michael was so proud!  He still thinks it's twins.  We both think no matter what it's a girl (even though we aren't finding out!)  We of course would be so happy with boy or girl!  We are just thrilled to be parents so it doesn't even matter!  Healthy baby is all we are praying for :)

B is for B A B Y !!!

On May 19, 2011 we found out we are pregnant!  We couldn't be more happy and excited.  We feel so very blessed for this true miracle from God.  Today is also Grandma Edith's birthday and Ryan's.  So it is a very very special day to us and now more than ever.

The new place!

We are here!  We love it!  It's perfect for us until we can find our first home to buy.  Paxton is adjusting very well (we were a little concerned in the beginning) but he has fell in love with the stairs, the neighbor animals and the bugs!!!!!!  :)  Come visit us anytime!!!  -Michael and Amanda

Goodbye 409 Eisenhower Drive!

Well- we're leaving our first home as a married couple.  Kinda bittersweet <3  Moving out to the country where life is hopefully simpler and we can save to buy a house!
